How Nytheria works

A clear path from baseline to follow-up.

Nytheria follows six practical stages. Final timings, locations and service details will be published before enrolment opens.

How it works

Measure. Interpret. Prioritise. Reassess.

Each stage answers a specific question, so the process stays focused rather than turning into an indiscriminate list of tests.

01

Understand

You share goals, history, medication, existing results and relevant lifestyle context.

02

Measure

Complete the assessments included in the confirmed programme through approved collection and testing routes.

03

Integrate

04

Interpret

Qualified professionals review patterns, possible significance, limitations and findings that require referral.

05

Prioritise

The information is translated into a small, practical hierarchy of actions and monitoring decisions.

A clear path from data to action

Every stage should make the next decision easier.

Nytheria is structured to move from measurement to interpretation, priority setting and long-term follow-up without overwhelming the member with disconnected information.

01

Collection route

Clinic, partner laboratory, home collection or a combination; preparation and sample stability requirements.

02

Laboratory partners

Accreditation, methods, quality controls, reference intervals, data transfer and responsibilities.

03

Professional governance

Who reviews which information, qualifications, escalation rules, documentation and clinical accountability.

04

Follow-up model

Consultation format, reassessment timing, membership options, price and communication between reviews.

The experience principle

Every step should answer “what happens next?”

The Nytheria experience is designed to be simple to follow: understand your starting point, complete the relevant measurements, review the results with the right expertise and leave with a focused plan.

Each programme presents the preparation, measurements, interpretation and follow-up in a clear sequence.

What to expect

Operational questions deserve direct answers.

Where will samples be collected?

The Bulgarian collection route and laboratory partners have not yet been confirmed. They will be published before anyone is invited to pay or submit health information.

How long will results take?

Turnaround time depends on the final laboratory and biological-age/genetic methods. The service will publish realistic time ranges rather than promising instant science.

Will I need to prepare?

Preparation requirements will depend on the final panel and may include fasting, timing, medication guidance from the appropriate clinician, or avoiding intense exercise before selected tests.

How will results be delivered?

You receive a clear personal report together with guided interpretation and practical next steps.

What happens if something concerning appears?

The service must have an explicit escalation and referral pathway. Nytheria does not replace emergency, primary or specialist medical care.

How often will I retest?

There will not be one universal interval. Reassessment should depend on the marker, intervention, biological variability, clinical need and the question being tested.
